AI voice agent services for the calls nobody makes.

Voice AI is good at a narrow set of calls and poor at the rest, and most vendors will not tell you which is which. It handles reminders, follow-ups and reactivation well. Open-ended conversation it does not handle well, and that is worth knowing before you buy.

The short answer

What is an AI voice agent, and what is it for?

Voice software that makes the routine calls your team never gets round to.

An AI voice agent holds a spoken conversation over the phone. Inbound, that is an AI receptionist answering your line. Outbound, which is what this page covers, it means the calls that are worth making and never get made.

Those calls have something in common: they are worth making, nobody has time, and they follow a predictable shape. AI voice agent services work where all three are true. Where a call is unpredictable or emotionally loaded, they do not, and we will say so.

The honest version

What voice AI still gets wrong

1
Heavy accents and background noiseRecognition drops on a building site or a busy street, and the recovery is clumsy.
2
InterruptionPeople talk over each other naturally. Software handles it better than it used to and still not well.
3
EmotionIt cannot tell that somebody is upset, and it answers an angry sentence in exactly the same tone as a cheerful one.
4
The unusual requestAnything outside what it was trained on produces either a handover or a confident irrelevance, and only one of those is acceptable.
Being called backAn outbound AI call leaves a number people ring back. Somebody has to answer it, and it is usually the receptionist you were trying to save time for.

None of this makes voice AI a bad purchase. It makes it a specific one, and the specificity is what stops it embarrassing you.

What's included

What comes with an AI voice agent deployment

Scripted, tested and reviewed, with a person on standby for anything the script does not cover.

Outbound campaigns

Outbound campaigns for follow-ups, reminders and reactivation.

Grounded scripts

Call scripts grounded in your services.

Recordings & transcripts

Recordings and transcripts of every call.

Consent & do-not-call

Do-not-call handling and consent rules.

Human handover

Handover to a human on any call that needs one.

Performance review

Performance review on real recordings, not on a dashboard.

An ai voice agent for customer service is a different build from an outbound campaign, and ai voice agent development services that treat them as one produce something that does neither well.

Outbound calling has rules, and they apply to software too

Consent, do-not-call lists, calling hours and disclosure all apply to an AI making a call exactly as they would to a person. We configure to the rules and you approve the list before anything dials.

This is the only page on the site making a regulatory promise, which is why it is short and specific rather than reassuring.

How we work

Four stages, in this order

Nothing calls a customer before it has been tested on a real person first.

01

Choose the call type

Which calls, to whom, and why now.

02

Script and ground it

Written from your services rather than from a template.

03

Test

Including a call to yourself, before it calls a customer.

04

Run and review

On real recordings, weekly at first.

What we measure

What you actually get told

Explore all case studies →
BeforeNow go live

Quote follow-ups nobody was making

Sent quotes that were never chased, now followed up on a schedule.

Reminders sent by hand

A practice ringing round to confirm appointments, now handled and logged.

A reactivation list nobody had called

Past customers who had not been contacted in two years, worked through systematically.

Named case studies with verified metrics publish as each client approves them.

Why trust us with your AI

AI that is built right, not just bolted on

Badly configured AI does more damage than no AI, because the customer blames you rather than the software.

Experience

Tested before it dials

Every agent is called by a person before it is allowed to call a customer.

Expertise

Honest about the limits

We list what voice AI still gets wrong before you buy, not after.

Authority

Named and accountable

Led by a named specialist who tests every voice agent personally.

Trust

We tell you the limits first

A 24/7 ai voice agent customer support service that nobody has stress-tested is a liability. Every agent is called by a person before it calls a customer.

Questions people ask about ai voice agents

Will people know it is AI, and do you have to tell them?
Most people work it out, and if they ask it says so. Disclosure requirements vary by jurisdiction and by call type, so we configure to the rules that apply to you rather than to a default.
What calls should never be automated?
Anything where the person on the other end might be upset, anything involving money in dispute, and anything where being wrong is expensive. Those are worth a person, and a vendor who will not name them has not thought about it.
How is this different from a robocall?
A robocall plays a recording at people. This holds a conversation, listens to the answer, and stops when somebody asks it to. The regulatory rules that govern both are the same, which is the point of the compliance section above.
What happens when someone calls the number back?
Somebody has to answer, and planning for that is part of the setup rather than an afterthought. Usually the return calls go to the receptionist, which is why the two pages sit next to each other.
Is the technology ready?
For these call types, yes. For open-ended conversation, not yet. Anyone telling you otherwise has not listened to enough recordings of their own product.

Priced per campaign and by volume. How our pricing works.
