Social Media Marketing · Instagram Marketing

Instagram marketing that uses each format properly.

Reels reach people who do not follow you. Carousels get saved by people who do. Stories are for the audience you already have. Most accounts post the same idea in all three and wonder why none of them works.

The short answer

What do Instagram marketing services include?

What do Instagram marketing services include?

Content, formats and community, planned together rather than posted at random.

An instagram marketing service covers production across all four formats, the profile and highlight structure that turns a visitor into a follower, captions, and the community management that decides how far a post travels in its first hour. The part most accounts get wrong is upstream of all of it. An instagram management service that decides the format before writing the post is doing the single cheapest thing available, and almost nobody does it. The production side sits here.

What's included

What Instagram marketing services cover

Facebook Marketing

Page-feed reach has been falling for a decade and is not coming back — what still works is everything that isn’t the feed: groups, events and local recommendations. See the honest list of what Facebook is still good for.

  • Page management
  • Group strategy
  • Events
  • Review and recommendation responses
Local reach
that still works, especially in groups and events

TikTok Marketing

Most brand accounts fail in the first three seconds, not the algorithm — TikTok distributes content rather than audiences, so a new account can outreach an established one. See the hook, taken apart.

  • Short-form production at volume
  • Hook testing, run as a process
  • Trend participation, judged rather than followed
  • Creator partnerships
Volume,
because one video is a coin toss

LinkedIn Marketing

Posts from a named person reach several times further than the same post from a company page, so we run founder content and employee advocacy rather than broadcasting from the logo. See the B2B content ladder.

  • Founder ghostwriting and editing
  • Content calendar built around positioning
  • Employee advocacy programme
  • Monthly reporting on enquiries, not likes
Organic reach
still available, while it lasts

Content Creation

We plan, produce and schedule it: reels, carousels, stories, graphics and captions in your voice, so the feed stays consistent in the weeks when you are busy. See what a month of content takes to produce.

  • Short-form video and reels
  • Branded graphics and carousels
  • Caption and hashtag writing
  • Scheduling and publishing
Agreed
monthly volume, set in your plan

Community Management

Social media management services are half publishing and half answering. We reply to comments and DMs, engage daily, and route the ones that are actually leads to your team instead of leaving them in an inbox. The rules are agreed first in the reply playbook.

  • Daily comment and DM replies
  • Proactive engagement
  • Moderation to rules you approve
  • Leads qualified and passed on

response time, set in your plan
Four formats, four jobs

The format matrix

Format What it is for Who sees it What it fails at
Reels Reach beyond your followers People who do not know you Anything needing more than a few seconds of context
Carousels Explanation and reference Your existing audience, and people they share it with Cold reach, because nobody swipes for a stranger
Single posts The audience you already have Followers, and fewer of them than you think Discovery, which is now almost entirely reels
Stories Conversation and links Your most engaged followers Anything you need to still be findable tomorrow

Each is measured differently too. Reels on watch time and reach, carousels on saves and shares, stories on replies and link taps, single posts on the response of an audience that already follows you. Choosing the format before writing the post is the single cheapest improvement available to most accounts.

How we work

How we run an Instagram account

Four steps, and the format matrix above decides where the effort goes.

01

Audit the format mix

What is currently posted against what the account actually needs — reach, saves or retention — before we change anything.

02

Plan the format split

A monthly calendar that sets how many reels, carousels and stories run, and what job each one is doing, agreed before production starts.

03

Produce and post

Reels, carousels and stories made for their own format rather than cut down from one piece of content, plus captions, hashtags and daily replies.

04

Report and adjust

Monthly numbers on reach, saves and follower growth, then a straight answer on whether the mix needs to shift.

What we measure

What we measure on Instagram

Explore all case studies →
M1M2M3M4M5M6

Reach

How far reels travel beyond your existing followers, the number that decides whether the account can grow at all.

Saves and shares

The signal that a carousel or post is worth keeping or passing on, not just scrolling past.

Follower growth

Net growth against the mix that produced it, so we know which format is actually earning it.

Figures shown are representative of client engagements and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Why trust our social team

Built on real E-E-A-T, not promises

Experience

Format-led

An instagram marketing agency that treats all four formats as one channel is leaving most of the platform unused.

Expertise

Meta & TikTok certified

The team producing your reels and carousels works across every short-form platform daily, not once a quarter.

Authority

Named, credentialed team

Every account is led by a named strategist with a public profile. If a post goes out under your name, you know who wrote it.

Trust

You own everything

Your account, your followers, your content, always. Transparent reporting, and nothing that requires you to hand over a login permanently.

One connected system

Instagram performs best inside a bigger engine

Paid Social Instagram advertising is a separate discipline and it lives on Meta Ads, where the organic winners become the creative.

SEO Instagram builds branded search, and somebody has to rank for your name when people go looking afterwards.

Web Design One link in the bio, so the page it points to carries the entire conversion job.

Online Reputation People check reviews between seeing a post and buying, which makes what they find part of the same funnel.

AI Services DMs are where Instagram enquiries actually arrive, and answering them at any hour is what converts them.

Your Industry A salon and a builder use this platform completely differently. See how it differs by industry.

Answers

Questions people ask about instagram marketing

How often should we post?
Three to five times a week across formats, weighted toward reels if you need reach and carousels if you need to explain something. Consistency matters more than the number, because the account that posts every week beats the one that posts ten times then disappears.
Do hashtags still matter?
Much less than they did, and far less than most guides suggest. A handful of relevant ones help categorisation. Thirty in a comment does nothing except signal that somebody read an article from 2019.
Reels or carousels?
Different jobs. Reels reach people who do not follow you. Carousels get saved by people who do. If the account needs growth, weight toward reels. If it needs to convert an audience you already have, weight toward carousels.
How many followers do we need before this works?
Fewer than you think for reels, because reach no longer depends on follower count. More than you think for stories and single posts, which only reach people already following you. It depends entirely on which format you are relying on.
Should we be on Instagram at all?
If your customers are visual buyers or under fifty, almost certainly. If you sell to procurement teams at industrial companies, probably not, and the budget would do more on LinkedIn or search. We would rather say that than sell you a channel that will not work. Priced by monthly content volume and whether community management is included. How our pricing works.
