Social Media Marketing · LinkedIn Marketing

LinkedIn marketing that reaches buyers before they search.

A LinkedIn marketing agency is worth hiring for one reason right now: this is the last major platform where a company with no budget and something worth saying can still reach the right people organically. That will not last, and while it does it is the cheapest B2B audience available.

The short answer

What does organic LinkedIn marketing involve?

What does organic LinkedIn marketing involve?

Publishing as people rather than as a logo, consistently enough to be remembered.

LinkedIn marketing services cover four things: the company page, the founder and leadership profiles, an employee advocacy programme, and a visible presence in other people's comments. The profiles do most of the work. The page is where people check you are real. That order surprises people. A post from a named person reaches several times further than the same post from a company page, because the platform is built around people and always has been. Companies broadcasting from the logo are competing in the one format LinkedIn suppresses. The same principle runs through every platform.

What's included

What LinkedIn management services cover

Facebook Marketing

Page-feed reach has been falling for a decade and is not coming back — what still works is everything that isn’t the feed: groups, events and local recommendations. See the honest list of what Facebook is still good for.

  • Page management
  • Group strategy
  • Events
  • Review and recommendation responses
Local reach
that still works, especially in groups and events

Instagram Marketing

Reels reach people who don’t follow you, carousels get saved by people who do, and stories serve the audience you already have — most accounts post the same idea in all three. See the format matrix that decides which each post should be.

  • Content production across all four formats
  • Profile and highlight structure
  • Caption and hashtag approach
  • Community management
Formats
matched to intent, not posted at random

TikTok Marketing

Most brand accounts fail in the first three seconds, not the algorithm — TikTok distributes content rather than audiences, so a new account can outreach an established one. See the hook, taken apart.

  • Short-form production at volume
  • Hook testing, run as a process
  • Trend participation, judged rather than followed
  • Creator partnerships
Volume,
because one video is a coin toss

Content Creation

We plan, produce and schedule it: reels, carousels, stories, graphics and captions in your voice, so the feed stays consistent in the weeks when you are busy. See what a month of content takes to produce.

  • Short-form video and reels
  • Branded graphics and carousels
  • Caption and hashtag writing
  • Scheduling and publishing

monthly volume, set in your plan

Community Management

Social media management services are half publishing and half answering. We reply to comments and DMs, engage daily, and route the ones that are actually leads to your team instead of leaving them in an inbox. The rules are agreed first in the reply playbook.

  • Daily comment and DM replies
  • Proactive engagement
  • Moderation to rules you approve
  • Leads qualified and passed on

The B2B content ladder, lowest effort first

# Rung What it is
1 Commenting on other people's posts Costs nothing, takes ten minutes a day, and is where most LinkedIn visibility actually starts. Almost every company skips it.
2 Reposting with a point of view Somebody else's post plus two sentences of your own opinion. Low effort, and it teaches the algorithm what you are about.
3 Original founder posts The highest return per hour on the platform, and the rung everybody starts at, which is why it feels slow.
4 Long-form articles and documents Slower to make, longer-lived, and the format buyers actually save and forward internally.
5 Employee advocacy Several people posting rather than one. Reach multiplies, and it is the only rung that scales beyond the founder's calendar.

Most companies start at rung three and wonder why it is slow. Rung one is where the audience comes from.

How we work

How we work

Four steps, position first.

01

Position

Decide what you want to be known for. Everything downstream is easier once this is settled and impossible until it is.

02

Voice

Captured from how the founder actually talks, usually from a recorded conversation rather than a brief.

03

Publish and engage

Posts, plus the daily commenting that most programmes skip and most results depend on.

04

Measure

Enquiries and profile views rather than likes. Forty reactions from the right forty people beats a thousand from strangers.

Results our clients can measure

Founder voice captured

Ghostwriting built from recorded conversation rather than a questionnaire, so posts sounded like the person rather than a brand.

Advocacy switched on

Six employees posting occasionally reached further than the company page had in a year.

Comments before content

Thirty days of commenting before publishing anything, so the first posts landed on an audience that already recognised the name.

Named case studies with verified metrics publish as each client approves them.

Why trust our social team

Built on real E-E-A-T, not promises

Experience

B2B, not consumer

A linkedin marketing agency that mostly runs consumer accounts will write you consumer content. This is a different job.

Expertise

Ghostwriting from the source

Posts are built from a recorded conversation with the founder, not a brief handed to a copywriter who has never met them.

Authority

Named, credentialed team

Every account is led by a named strategist with a public profile. If a post goes out under your name, you know who wrote it.

Trust

You own everything

Your page, your profile, your connections, always. Transparent reporting on enquiries, not a vanity-metrics deck.

One connected system

LinkedIn performs best inside a bigger engine

Paid Social Organic proves which message lands before you pay to repeat it, so the paid version of what worked starts from evidence.

SEO A buyer who reads a post then searches your name has to find something, which makes what ranks for your brand part of the same job.

Web Design LinkedIn traffic is small and highly qualified, so where it lands matters more per visitor than anywhere else.

Online Reputation B2B buyers check reviews before a call, and what they find when they look decides whether the call happens.

AI Services Enquiries arrive in a personal inbox nobody monitors, and routing them properly stops them being read on a Monday.

Answers

Questions people ask about linkedin marketing

Should the company page or the founder post?
The founder, in almost every case. Posts from a named person reach several times further because the platform is built around people. The company page is where a buyer checks you are real after they have seen the person.
How often should we post?
Two to three times a week is enough if the commenting happens daily. Posting five times a week with no engagement in between performs worse than posting twice and being visible in other people's comments.
Does LinkedIn organic still work?
Better than any other major platform right now, and that is a temporary condition rather than a permanent feature. Organic reach narrows on every platform as the ad product matures. This one has not yet.
Will my employees actually take part?
Some will, most will not, and that is fine. Advocacy programmes that work usually have three or four willing people rather than a company-wide mandate. Making it optional is what stops it feeling like homework.
How is this measured?
Profile views, connection requests from the right job titles, and inbound enquiries that mention seeing something. Likes are the least useful number LinkedIn produces and the one most reports lead with. Priced by how many profiles are in the programme and how much ghostwriting is involved. How our pricing works.
