Social Media Marketing · TikTok Marketing

TikTok marketing that gets past the first three seconds.

Most brand accounts fail here for one reason and it is not the algorithm. The first three seconds look like an advert, so nobody watches the fourth. Any tiktok marketing agency worth hiring will start there rather than with a content calendar.

The short answer

How does TikTok marketing work for a business?

How does TikTok marketing work for a business?

You earn the first three seconds, then the algorithm does the distribution.

TikTok distributes content rather than audiences, which is why a new account can outreach an established one. Followers matter far less here than on any other platform. What matters is whether the opening seconds hold somebody who has never heard of you. That changes what tiktok marketing services actually do. Production value helps less than volume, because each video is a test and no single result predicts the next. An agency promising a viral video is promising a coin toss with a straight face. Volume is the real constraint.

What's included

What a tiktok agency actually does

Facebook Marketing

Page-feed reach has been falling for a decade and is not coming back — what still works is everything that isn’t the feed: groups, events and local recommendations. See the honest list of what Facebook is still good for.

  • Page management
  • Group strategy
  • Events
  • Review and recommendation responses
Local reach
that still works, especially in groups and events

Instagram Marketing

Reels reach people who don’t follow you, carousels get saved by people who do, and stories serve the audience you already have — most accounts post the same idea in all three. See the format matrix that decides which each post should be.

  • Content production across all four formats
  • Profile and highlight structure
  • Caption and hashtag approach
  • Community management
Formats
matched to intent, not posted at random

LinkedIn Marketing

Posts from a named person reach several times further than the same post from a company page, so we run founder content and employee advocacy rather than broadcasting from the logo. See the B2B content ladder.

  • Founder ghostwriting and editing
  • Content calendar built around positioning
  • Employee advocacy programme
  • Monthly reporting on enquiries, not likes
Organic reach
still available, while it lasts

Content Creation

We plan, produce and schedule it: reels, carousels, stories, graphics and captions in your voice, so the feed stays consistent in the weeks when you are busy. See what a month of content takes to produce.

  • Short-form video and reels
  • Branded graphics and carousels
  • Caption and hashtag writing
  • Scheduling and publishing
Agreed
monthly volume, set in your plan

Community Management

Social media management services are half publishing and half answering. We reply to comments and DMs, engage daily, and route the ones that are actually leads to your team instead of leaving them in an inbox. The rules are agreed first in the reply playbook.

  • Daily comment and DM replies
  • Proactive engagement
  • Moderation to rules you approve
  • Leads qualified and passed on

The hook, taken apart

This is the only part of a TikTok that can be tested cheaply, because if the hook fails nothing after it was ever seen. Five components, and each fails in a predictable way.

# Component Works / Fails
1 The visual Works: something already in motion, or a result shown before it is explained. Fails: a logo, a slow pan, or anyone standing still while they introduce themselves.
2 The first spoken words Works: the claim, immediately. Fails: "Hi guys, so today we are going to talk about", which is four seconds spent on nothing.
3 On-screen text Works: one short line stating the payoff, readable at a glance. Fails: a caption repeating what is being said, or text too small to read on a phone at arm's length.
4 The setting Works: a real place mid-task, with the mess left in. Fails: a studio, a branded backdrop, or anything signalling this was commissioned.
5 The implied promise Works: the viewer knows within a second what they get for staying. Fails: a video that only makes sense once you have watched all of it.

A brand and a person can film the same content in the same room, and the difference in performance is almost always in these five rows.

How we work

How we work

Four steps, format first.

01

Format research

What is working in your category right now, which changes faster here than anywhere else.

02

Produce at volume

Because one video predicts nothing and ten start to.

03

Test hooks

The same content with different openings, so the variable being tested is the one that matters.

04

Double down on the format

Not the topic. A format that works will work again on a different subject.

Results our clients can measure

Hook rewritten, nothing else

The same video reposted with a different first two seconds. Only the opening changed.

Studio abandoned

Filming moved from a set to the actual workshop, and the content stopped looking commissioned.

Format found

One structure that worked, repeated across twelve topics rather than chasing a new idea each week.

Named case studies with verified metrics publish as each client approves them.

Why trust our social team

Built on real E-E-A-T, not promises

One connected system

TikTok performs best inside a bigger engine

Paid Social A video that already earned watch time organically is the only creative worth funding, so spending behind proven content is the whole strategy on the paid side.

SEO TikTok is a search engine for a large part of its audience, and the same questions get typed into Google by everyone else.

Web Design One link in the bio carries everything, so the page it points to does more work here than on any other platform.

Online Reputation A video brings people who then check your reviews, and what they find decides whether the visit becomes a customer.

AI Services A video that lands produces more DMs than a person can answer, which is where automated replies stop the leads going cold.

Your Industry A restaurant and a plumber film completely differently. See how it differs by industry.

Answers

Questions people ask about tiktok marketing

Do I need to be on camera?
Not necessarily, but somebody does. Hands, process and result footage all work. What does not work is a brand account with no human presence at all, because the platform is built on people watching people.
How often should we post?
More often than feels comfortable, because each video is a test rather than a publication. Three to five a week is a working minimum. One a week is not a TikTok strategy, it is a TikTok account.
Does TikTok work for a local business?
Yes, and better than most owners expect, because the platform shows content to people nearby when the content is clearly local. A restaurant or a trade with visible work has a real advantage here that a national brand does not.
What if a video does badly?
Most do, and that is the format working as designed. Content is distributed rather than served to followers, so results vary enormously video to video. Judging an account on any single post tells you nothing.
Is TikTok worth it if we already do Instagram?
Often yes, because the same footage cuts for both, so the marginal cost is editing rather than filming. What does not transfer is the tone. Reposting an Instagram edit with the watermark still on it performs worse than not posting. Priced by monthly video volume and how much is captured rather than repurposed. How our pricing works.
